Partnering with the Employment Connection Center (ECC) brings many benefits for employers. Our staff of experienced Employment Counselors will work with you to understand your staffing needs and refer screened, qualified candidates FREE of charge! The ECC never charges a "finder's fee" to refer candidates. Working with the ECC will save you time and money!

The Employment Connection team provides you with specialized personal service and resources that can help your business succeed. Our personal one-on-one approach to help you fill your job posting(s) is guaranteed to make a difference.

Recruitments are customized to an employer’s needs and have proven to be extremely successful for corporations that are opening up new franchises, small businesses or employers that have specialized needs.

Job fairs hosted by the Employment Connection offer ample opportunities to meet potential candidates. With an array of jobseekers from diverse career paths and educational backgrounds, employers are able to find the employees they need at these events.

In addition to individual candidate referrals, the ECC also offers no-cost recruitment events to you. We will host your organization at one of our three locations and provide space for you to present to interested candidates. Our staff will help coordinate your event, and then promote to our candidate pool. You will meet face-to-face with interested job seekers, and have the opportunity to accept applications or conduct interviews on the spot.
